phrich Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "phrich" refers to the online gaming platform operated at phrich.org, including all its sub-sections such as phrich Casino, phrich Login, and all associated gaming products and services.
• "Platform" means the phrich website, mobile interface, and all software, content, and gaming services accessible through phrich.org.
• "Account" means a registered personal account created by a User on the phrich platform.
• "User" or "Player" means any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the phrich platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a User's phrich account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings.
• "Gaming Services" includes all games, betting markets, live dealer tables, slots, bingo, sports betting, and any other wagering activity available on phrich.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and governs phrich's operations in the Philippines.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive awarded to a User by phrich, subject to its own specific terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required of all phrich Users under PAGCOR regulations.

By registering an account on phrich, clicking "I Agree" during registration, or by otherwise accessing any part of the phrich platform, you represent that:

• You have read these Terms in full and understand their content.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplemental rules, policies, or guidelines published by phrich, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules.

Your continued use of the phrich platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. phrich recommends that Users periodically review these Terms to stay informed of any updates.

Use of the phrich platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of phrich. Philippine law, as administered through PAGCOR, prohibits participation in gambling activities by persons under 21 years of age.
• Residency: You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of accessing phrich Gaming Services. phrich is licensed exclusively for the Philippine market.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law. Persons of unsound mind, those subject to legal guardianship, and persons declared legally incapacitated are not eligible to use phrich.
• Not on Exclusion Lists: You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register, PAGCOR exclusion database, or any similar prohibition list at the time of registration or at any subsequent time during your use of phrich.
• Not a phrich Employee or Affiliate: Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and close family members of phrich, its affiliates, and its technology providers are not eligible to participate in real-money gaming on the platform.

To access phrich Gaming Services, you must register a personal account through the phrich Login page. Registration is subject to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number.
• You may hold only one (1) phrich account. Maintaining multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. phrich will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
• You must notify phrich immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• All accounts are subject to phrich's KYC verification process. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and payment method verification documents.
• phrich reserves the right to decline any application for registration without providing reasons.

By registering, you warrant that all information provided is true, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on phrich are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise stated. The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

5.1 Deposits

• phrich accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum deposit amounts are ₱100 or as otherwise specified per payment method. Maximum deposit limits may apply and may vary by account verification status.
• Deposits made using third-party or borrowed funds, or funds sourced from illegal activity, are strictly prohibited.
• phrich is not liable for any delays, errors, or failures caused by payment service providers, network issues, or bank processing times.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any applicable bonus wagering requirements.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. phrich does not transfer funds to third-party accounts.
• GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within approximately two (2) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• phrich reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal limits may apply per transaction, daily, or weekly, depending on your account verification tier.

All games available on phrich are subject to their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• All game outcomes are governed by certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by physical game mechanics conducted by trained dealers under live camera supervision.
• phrich's gaming systems are independently tested and certified by accredited third-party testing agencies for fairness and compliance.
• Bets placed and accepted on phrich are final and binding. Bets cannot be cancelled, altered, or reversed after they have been accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, phrich reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to the User's wallet.
• phrich reserves the right to withhold payment of winnings pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bet manipulation, or exploitation of a system error.
• phrich retains the right to cancel, suspend, or modify any game or betting market at any time without prior notice, in compliance with PAGCOR directives.

phrich offers various promotional bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other incentives to Users from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all phrich promotions:

• Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry dates, as communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are credited to the User's phrich wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn as real money.
• phrich reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time where it determines, in its sole discretion, that the promotion is being abused or that technical errors have occurred.
• Only one active promotional offer may apply to a single transaction or game round unless phrich explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds are the property of phrich until wagering requirements are met. Unused bonus funds that have expired will be removed from the User's wallet without notice or compensation.
• Users suspected of bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, placing low-risk hedged bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional loopholes — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

phrich is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Users. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment, not a means of financial gain. phrich urges all Users to gamble only with money they can afford to lose.

phrich provides the following responsible gaming tools within every account, accessible via Account Settings:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits may only be increased after a cooling-off period of not less than 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set limits on the duration of individual gaming sessions, after which the platform will automatically log them out.
• Loss Limits: Users may set a maximum loss threshold per session, day, week, or month.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request temporary (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion from phrich. During self-exclusion, the account will be suspended and no marketing communications will be sent.
• Reality Checks: Regular on-screen reminders of time spent gaming and net gaming results during the session.

Users of phrich are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct. Violation may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information, including falsifying age or identity.
• Registering or maintaining more than one phrich account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to gain an unfair advantage in gaming.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live dealer games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or malfunctions in the phrich platform's software for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment methods to make deposits.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Attempting to access, tamper with, or disrupt phrich's systems, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phrich staff or other Users.
• Using phrich services from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or unlicensed.

phrich reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a directive from PAGCOR or any other competent Philippine authority.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Death of the account holder (estate claims must follow phrich's estate procedure).

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, phrich reserves the right to void all pending bets and withhold any funds in the wallet pending investigation. Where no breach is found, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the User via the original payment method.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their phrich account may do so by contacting support at any time. Accounts closed upon request will have their remaining real-money balance returned within five (5) business days, subject to KYC clearance.

All content on the phrich platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, trademarks, and audio-visual materials — is the exclusive property of phrich or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phrich platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any phrich content without prior written permission.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any phrich software.
• Creating derivative works based on phrich content or software.
• Using phrich's trademarks, brand names, or logos without express written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of phrich's intellectual property may result in legal action under Philippine law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phrich shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the phrich platform.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of phrich services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of phrich services due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond phrich's reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures.
• Actions of third-party service providers, including payment processors, game software providers, or live studio operators.
• Unauthorized access to your phrich account due to your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phrich's liability for death or personal injury caused by phrich's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

phrich collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing regulations.

By registering on phrich, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the phrich Privacy Policy, including but not limited to:

• Collection of registration and identity verification data for KYC purposes.
• Recording and monitoring of gaming activity, transaction history, and communications for regulatory compliance and responsible gaming purposes.
• Sharing of data with PAGCOR and other Philippine regulatory authorities where required by law.
• Use of anonymized aggregate data for platform improvement and analytics.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to phrich's legal retention obligations. For data requests, contact [email protected].

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the phrich platform shall be subject to the following resolution process:

1. Initial Contact: Users must first raise the dispute by contacting phrich's support team via live chat or at [email protected]. phrich will endeavor to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days.
2. PAGCOR Mediation: If the dispute is not resolved to the User's satisfaction, the User may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
3. Philippine Courts: If mediation does not result in resolution, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

phrich reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, phrich will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• Where practicable, provide registered Users with at least fourteen (14) days' notice of material changes via the registered email address on file.

Your continued use of the phrich platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using phrich and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
